Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a subscription-based way for doctors to offer exceptional primary care, without non-medical administrators or insurance companies dictating or limiting your healthcare.

How DPC Works
DPC re-centers the doctor-patient relationship and helps keep healthcare costs lower by skipping the broken system of complicated and meager insurance reimbursements.
You pay an affordable monthly subscription to the clinic. In exchange, you receive direct access to a doctor dedicated to your ongoing, comprehensive health.
DPC doctors have smaller patient loads compared to traditional clinics (avg of 400 vs. 2,500*), so they can spend more time with you per appointment and offer deeper, more consistent management of health conditions.

Note: DPC membership fees themselves are not typically reimbursable by insurance or considered acceptable uses of HSA funds in many states. We encourage you to always check with your insurance before using your HSA card. DPC members can always still use their insurance for other medical costs, including prescriptions, lab work, and imaging.
About Enrollment
Enrollment Options
There is no enrollment / registration fee for established patients looking to transition to DPC.

There is no obligation to sign up for DPC to see Dr. Davis for pay-per-services.
Month-to-Month
Our DPC membership agreement is on a month-to-month basis. Cancel anytime without worrying about being locked into a years-long contract.
Automated Payments
After sign-up, we set up automatic, recurring credit card payments to process toward the end of the month.
Not Sure About DPC?
​​Schedule a no-contract, 55-minute primary care visit for $200, during which Dr. Davis will review your current health concerns and develop a recommended plan for you, including specialist referrals if applicable.

Decide from there if you'd like to continue with signing up for DPC (our best value service). If you do, the $200 from your consult visit will cover the enrollment fee plus your first month of DPC.
